- My favorite spots: secluded beaches at golden hour, private cenotes (swimming shots!), Tulum ruins at sunrise, your hotel/resort, jungle pathways, or beachfront properties. We'll choose based on your vibe and what you're most excited about.

- Think flowy, light fabrics and colors that complement Tulum's natural palette (whites, creams, earth tones, soft blues). Avoid heavy patterns and logos. I'll send a detailed style guide when you book with specific recommendations for your chosen location.
EVENT & RETREAT DOCUMENTATION
What's included?
- Professional photography and/or videography coverage, candid moments and group shots, detail photography (space, food, decor, activities), environmental portraits of participants, key moments documented, 200-400 edited images for full-day events, optional 2-4 minute highlight film, and usage rights for marketing your future events.
Who is this for?
- Wellness retreat leaders, yoga teachers, corporate event coordinators, workshop facilitators, and anyone hosting a special celebration in Tulum who wants professional documentation for both marketing and participant memories.
Do you do multi-day retreats?
- Yes! Multi-day retreat coverage (3-5 days) is one of my specialties. I'll capture your entire retreat journey—arrival, daily activities, ceremonies, participant interactions, closing circles—giving you a comprehensive library to market your next retreat. Ask about our custom pricing!
Can we get photos during the event?
- For retreat leaders, I can provide daily sneak peeks (5-10 images) so you can post to social media while your retreat is happening. Final galleries delivered within 10-14 days with all edited images and video highlights.

FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
For high season (December-April), book 4-8 weeks in advance. Shoulder and low season often has availability with 1-2 weeks notice. Last-minute sessions sometimes possible—just ask!
What's your cancellation policy?
Bookings require a 50% deposit. Cancellations more than 14 days before session receive deposit back minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit deposit. Rescheduling is always free if done at least 48 hours in advance.
Do you travel outside Tulum?
Yes! I'm available for sessions anywhere in the Riviera Maya (Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Bacalar) and beyond for an additional travel fee. International travel for retreats and events considered case-by-case.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

What if weather is bad on our session day?
Tulum has beautiful light even on cloudy days! Light rain can create magical moody shots. Heavy rain or storms mean free rescheduling. I monitor weather closely and communicate proactively.
How long until we receive our photos/video?
Photos: 7-10 days for standard sessions, faster for content creators needing quick turnaround
Video: 2-3 weeks for full edits, 3-5 days for short social clips
Can we get the raw, unedited files?
Raw photo files available for additional $300. Raw video footage included with full-day video projects. My editing is part of my artistic process, so I recommend trusting the curated final gallery.
Do you provide printing services?
I do! You will find printing services attached to your private, online gallery. I work with the most reputable print labs in the US that make sure your prints last a lifetime.
What gear do you use?
Professional Sony mirrorless cameras, cinema lenses, DJI drones, professional audio equipment, and color-graded in DaVinci Resolve for cinematic results.

I arrive early to scout lighting and composition. Sessions are relaxed, fun, and efficient. I direct you gently while capturing authentic moments.
5. Gallery Delivery
Photos delivered via beautiful online gallery within 7-10 days. Download high-res files, share with friends, order prints.
6. Video Delivery (if applicable)
Professionally edited video delivered via Frame.io with download options.
