For retreats and larger events, we recommend 6-9 months advance notice to secure ideal venues and dates. Smaller celebrations can be planned with 2-3 months notice, though earlier is always better for securing your preferred vendors and locations.
Do you only work with groups coming from the US?
No! We coordinate retreats and events for international participants from all over the world. Tulum is easily accessible from the US, Canada, Europe, and South America.
What's included in your pricing?
Our planning fees cover all coordination, communication, vendor management, and on-site support. Venue rentals, accommodations, meals, activities, and vendor services are billed separately at actual cost (we don't mark up vendor pricing).
Can you help with participant registration and payments?
Yes! For retreats, we can help set up registration systems and payment plans. We'll guide you through best practices for collecting deposits and managing participant communication.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We work with you to understand venue and vendor cancellation policies before booking. Most venues require deposits, but many offer flexibility for date changes. We recommend event insurance for larger gatherings.
Do you plan events outside of Tulum?
Currently we focus exclusively on Tulum and the surrounding Riviera Maya region where we have established relationships and local expertise.
What's the best time of year for Tulum retreats?
